About Us - Who We Are

The Moyle family has been serving the rehabilitation, short-term and long-term care needs of our communities since 1974. Today the family offers expert care in 4 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers including a facility that specializes in Alzheimer's and dementia care, and one combination campus with skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living. All facilities are located in pleasant, secure environments in California
's Central San Joaquin Valley.

It all began when Kensett (Ken) J. Moyle, III, company founder and President, followed his dream to own and operate his own skilled nursing facility. Ken purchased Hi-Dessert Convalescent Hospital, located in Yucca Valley. Through the years, Moyle's Healthcare has expanded several times. Four additional skilled nursing facilities were added in Southern California (now leased to another management company).

In 1991, Ken Moyle expanded his dream in the Central Valley with the purchase of existing skilled nursing facilities including Merritt Manor in Tulare and Kaweah Manor in Visalia.

Since 1991, the company has added three additional facilities; Porterville Convalescent, opened in 1995; Twin Oaks Assisted Living Center, in Tulare, opened in 1999; and Twin Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (located adjacent to Twin Oaks Assisted Living Center), opened in 2009.






Kensett J. Moyle IV, Chief Executive Officer

Kensett (Kenny) J. Moyle, IV, also shares his father's compassion for the industry. After completing his education and many years of experience in his family's facilities, Kenny is now the corporation's Chief Executive Officer.

After growing up in Yucca Valley and working in every department of his father's skilled nursing facilities, Kenny moved to the city to attend Biola University in La Mirada, California. Upon graduating from Biola in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Finance, Kenny chose to return home and join the daily operation of his father's companies. Kenny's first responsibility on returning to the family business was to temporarily relocate to Tulare and assist with the newly purchased facilities. After several months, Kenny again returned to Yucca Valley where he worked in the facilities and continued post-graduate studies, earning a Master of Health Administration Degree from Chapman University in Orange, California. In 1995 Kenny became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and successfully opened Indio Convalescent Hospital in Indio, California. In 2000, Kenny once again returned to Tulare on a permanent basis. When his predecessor retired in 2005, Kenny assumed the role as Chief Executive Officer.

Kenny and his wife Lindsey enjoy their unique partnership, granting them the ablility to directly oversee all aspects of the corporation's functions, both administrative and clinical, to help ensure that the residents entrusted to them receive the best care available in a loving, compassionate, family-centered environment. 





Lindsey Moyle, RN, Chief Clinical Officer


Lindsey is proud of her Valley roots, born and raised in Tulare.  A graduate of the College of the Sequoias Nursing Program, Lindsey has been a Registered Nurse since 1993, first beginning her career in the Intensive Care Unit at Kaweah Delta District Hospital.  After several years, she transferred to the hospital's Education Department where she was introduced to Skilled Nursing.  Lindsey later headed the education for both the hospital's Subacute and Skilled Nursing Units. 

In 2002, Lindsey began her career for Magnolia Health Corporation as the Director of Nursing for Merritt Manor Convalescent Hospital.  As Chief Clinical Officer, Lindsey has the responsibility of overseeing all nursing operations in all of the corporation's skilled nursing facilities.  Lindsey's compassion can be easily seen through direct, hands-on leadership style and deep love for each of the residents. 











Esta Willman, Controller


Esta has over 27 years experience in health care administration and finance.  Most recently, owning and operating a home medical business, with her husband, for 18 years in Southern California.  

Esta joined the Magnolia family in November 2012.  After beneficial training in a Magnolia skilled nursing facility, Esta joined the corporation's corporate staff as Controller.  Esta has the responsibility of overseeing all accounting functions for the corporation's care facilities.

Esta has a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands, California, as well as many advanced level accounting courses. 












Teresa Menezes, Community Relations Coordinator

Teresa has over 21 years experience in community relations, first beginning her career at Tulare Regional Medical Center as Coordinator and then Director of the Tulare Hospital Foundation.

In 2009, Magnolia was lucky enough to have Teresa join their family as Community Relations Coordinator.  Today, she oversees community relations and marketing for the corporation.  Teresa's infectious smile and strong support of each resident's desires sets Teresa apart and makes her a very special part of our family. 

Teresa's true passion comes in her leadership of the Moyle family's Dreams Come True Program.  With each Dream, Teresa gets personally involved with the resident, their family and friends, learning their stories and bringing her unique approach in not only meeting their Dreams, but exceeding them. 

Teresa has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno.
